- 500g ground beef or lamb
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed

- 3–4 green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix in the chopped tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens and oil separates.
- Add the ground beef or lamb and cook until browned evenly.
- Incorporate all dry spices and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cubed potatoes and enough water to cover the mixture; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
