  • 1 pound coleslaw mix
  • 1 small bunch scallions (chopped green parts only)

  • 1 red apple (chopped finely or julienned)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, lime juice, and salt & pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  2. Chop the apples and scallions; add them to a large mixing bowl along with the coleslaw mix.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss well to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
