Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (for chicken and coleslaw)
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- Sweet chili sauce (for drizzling)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Instructions
- In a large Ziplock bag, combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ground ginger with the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray both sides of wonton wrappers with cooking spray.
- Shape wonton wrappers by pressing them into an upside-down muffin tin to form taco shapes.
- Bake the wonton shells for 7-9 minutes until crispy, reshaping if necessary halfway through.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix with sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and honey.
- Assemble tacos by filling baked wonton shells with chicken and coleslaw mixture; drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
