  • 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes
  • 8 oz block of feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread washed grape tomatoes evenly in a medium-sized baking dish.
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
  5. Add an additional drizzle of 2 tablespoons olive oil over the feta.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and mix together the melted feta and burst tomatoes, then stir in chopped basil.
  8. Combine with cooked bow tie pasta until well coated.
