  • Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slider rolls
  • Bang Bang Sauce

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set up a breading station with flour/cornstarch in one bowl, whisked buttermilk with hot sauce and egg in another, and Panko breadcrumbs in a third.
  2. Dredge each seasoned chicken breast in flour mixture, dip into buttermilk mixture, then coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry breaded chicken cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Drain on paper towels.
  4. Assemble sliders: Place warm chicken cutlets on slider buns, top with mozzarella cheese and drizzle with Bang Bang Sauce.
