  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak mung bean vermicelli in water until soft, then drain and cut into 3-inch strands.
  2. In a small bowl, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Heat peanut oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add dried chili peppers and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced cabbage with a pinch of salt; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
