- 1–3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded spinach
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a Chef’s pan, combine chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and salt. Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat; cook chicken until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomato paste; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo pasta, then add chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in spinach until wilted. Mix in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
