  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C).
  2. Prepare broccoli by boiling it briefly in water until bright green. Drain well.
