Ingredients
- 16 ounces spaghetti
- 4 raw chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups yellow onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel (drained)
- 2 cans (10.5 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente; drain and return to pot.
