  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups powdered icing sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½1 teaspoon mint extract (depending on your tastes)
  • green food coloring (optional)
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (130 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together room temperature butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and egg until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually combine with wet mixture.
