  • 11/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Juice and zest of 3 oranges
  • Juice and zest of 3 limes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 21/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Zest the oranges and limes, then juice them into a bowl to combine with olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag with the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 6 hours).
  3. Preheat the grill to 450°F. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
