  • 1/3 cup heavy cream (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
  2. In one bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. In another bowl, mix milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Prepare the topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and room temperature butter until well blended.
