  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • dash hot sauce (Cholula)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast, warm milk, egg, and vegetable oil in a stand mixer; mix until a rough dough forms.
  2. Knead on medium speed for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1½ hours.
  4. Shape the risen dough into logs and place in greased loaf pans.
  5. Brush with an egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and allow to proof for another 30-45 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
