- 62 grams all purpose flour
- 27 grams cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt bittersweet chocolate and butter together. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time and mix well. Incorporate vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into the wet mixture. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake for about 25 minutes.
- For the filling, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth. Beat softened cream cheese until creamy; gradually add sugar, then mix in vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt, sour cream, and eggs.
- Pour cheesecake filling over cooled brownie crust and bake at 325°F (162°C) for about 60 minutes or until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Allow cooling gradually in the oven; refrigerate for at least four hours before serving. Prepare ganache topping by heating heavy cream and pouring it over chocolate chips until smooth.
