  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
