Ingredients
- 16 oz cottage cheese (full-fat recommended)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 14 oz artichoke hearts (chopped and drained)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Add the spinach, artichokes, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; mix well.
- Lightly spray a 9×9” baking dish with oil and pour in the dip mixture. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. Optional: broil for an additional minute for extra browning.
