Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole wheat linguine
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 1 pound precooked snow crab legs
  • 1/2 cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Sauté grated garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add chili flakes and crab legs; sauté for an additional minute. Pour in white grape juice to deglaze the pan.
  3. Increase heat to high, bring to a boil, cover, and steam crab for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss in cooked linguine along with reserved pasta water and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve in a large bowl, garnished with minced parsley or Parmigiano Reggiano if desired.
