- 8 ounces whole wheat linguine
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1 pound precooked snow crab legs
- 1/2 cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Sauté grated garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chili flakes and crab legs; sauté for an additional minute. Pour in white grape juice to deglaze the pan.
- Increase heat to high, bring to a boil, cover, and steam crab for about 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in cooked linguine along with reserved pasta water and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in a large bowl, garnished with minced parsley or Parmigiano Reggiano if desired.
