- 1 lb Ground Beef (or turkey)
- 4 cups Beef Broth (or vegetable broth)
- 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 15 oz Black Beans
- 1 cup Corn
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 1 cup Heavy Cream (or coconut milk)
- 1 large Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add a splash of oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
