- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced

Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until opaque. Drain and cool by placing in an ice bath.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and zest, dill, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the cooled shrimp along with cucumbers, celery, and green onions to the dressing. Gently toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
