- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
- 1 tsp black pepper
