  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. While pasta cooks, chop the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and herbs.
  3. In a bowl or mason jar, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with chopped vegetables and pour the dressing over it. Toss gently to coat evenly.
