Ingredients

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon filets dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut aminos, honey, garlic powder, sesame oil, and sea salt. Reserve one tablespoon for later.
  3. Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade and let sit for 3 minutes.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 7 minutes until crispy.
