  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Provolone cheese slices
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
