Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 roma or vine tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Sea salt
- 2–3 limes
- 1–2 jalapeño or serrano chilis (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and pit avocados. Finely chop the red onion and add to a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados using a fork until creamy but slightly chunky.
- Wash and halve the tomato; remove seeds and dice the flesh before adding it to the bowl.
- Wash and chop cilantro; mix into the avocado mixture.
