Ingredients
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 4.5 ounces green chiles (canned)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 10 ounces Rotel
- 15 ounces black beans (canned, drained and rinsed)
- 15 ounces refried beans (canned)
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn (canned)
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese
- 4 cups tortilla chips or Doritos (whole or crushed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder; whisk until smooth.
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Crumble half of the tortilla chips into the bottom of the dish.
- Layer half of the shredded chicken on top of the chips.
- Spoon half of the creamy soup mixture over the chicken followed by layers of refried beans, Rotel tomatoes, corn, and black beans.
- Sprinkle half of the Colby Jack cheese on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients and finish with the last of the cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Top with fresh cilantro, crushed chips, avocado, sour cream, or tomatoes as desired.
