- 6 whole hard-boiled eggs
- 4 hard-boiled egg whites
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Prepare your hard-boiled eggs by boiling them according to your preferred method. Once cooled, peel and chop the eggs, removing the yolks from 4 of them to use just the whites.
