Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until well combined; set aside.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté the minced onion for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Stir in the chopped broccoli along with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture, ensuring even coating.
