Ingredients

  • 16 oz. white chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 box Andes Crème de Menthe Thins

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the Andes mints coarsely and set aside.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a bowl and mix in mint extract if desired.
  4. Add green food coloring until you reach your preferred shade.
  5. Spread the melted white chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to harden.
  7. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and spread over the hardened white layer.
  8. Sprinkle chopped mints on top and press gently.
  9. Chill for 30 minutes to set completely.
