  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
