- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Return sausage to the skillet along with shrimp, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook until shrimp are pink (about 3-4 minutes).
- For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water before adding it to the skillet.
- Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
