- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until cooked through; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, honey, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, stir in grated Parmesan until creamy. Toss with cooked pasta until combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and additional cheese if desired. Serve hot.
