Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
- Season chicken wings with paprika, minced garlic, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves; cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Fry seasoned wings for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
