  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon (juice only)
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
