- 120 grams heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar and increase speed to high until stiff peaks develop. Mix in peppermint extract and green food coloring if desired.
- Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together. Gently fold into the meringue until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe small circles onto prepared baking sheets.
