Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
  • 3-ounce can diced chiles
  • 5 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried red chili flakes (to taste)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb cooked chicken, sliced and diced
  • Slider rolls (10)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warmed cream cheese, ranch dressing powder, diced chiles, chopped green onions, and red chili flakes. Mix until well blended.
  2. Add sour cream and continue mixing until smooth. Stir in grated sharp cheddar cheese.
  3. Slice slider rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread half of the creamy mixture on the bottom half of the buns.
  4. Layer with sliced chicken and spread the remaining creamy mixture over it. Place the tops of the rolls back on.
  5. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 35 minutes or until heated through.
