Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
- 3-ounce can diced chiles
- 5 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red chili flakes (to taste)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb cooked chicken, sliced and diced
- Slider rolls (10)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warmed cream cheese, ranch dressing powder, diced chiles, chopped green onions, and red chili flakes. Mix until well blended.
- Add sour cream and continue mixing until smooth. Stir in grated sharp cheddar cheese.
- Slice slider rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread half of the creamy mixture on the bottom half of the buns.
- Layer with sliced chicken and spread the remaining creamy mixture over it. Place the tops of the rolls back on.
- Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 35 minutes or until heated through.
