  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed and divided)
  • 14.4 ounces graham crackers (1 box)
  • Chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Fold in half of the whipped topping until well combined.
  2. Layer whole graham crackers at the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers evenly.
  3. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture. Top with one last layer of graham crackers and spread the rest of the whipped topping on top.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to set properly.
