- 1 batch Simply Perfect Chocolate Cupcakes
- 1 batch Swiss Meringue Buttercream
- Gel paste food coloring (Red, Lemon Yellow, Kelley Green, Royal Blue, Violet, Rose Pink)
- 30 chocolate coins for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the pastry bag by painting stripes of gel food coloring along the inside of a large pastry bag fitted with a 1M piping tip.
- Fill the prepared pastry bag with Swiss buttercream and pipe the frosting onto cooled cupcakes, starting from the outside and swirling inward.
- Top each cupcake with a gold coin to add an exciting finishing touch.
