Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3-ounce package ramen noodles (seasoning packet removed)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 lbs Napa cabbage (shredded)
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced thin)
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain white vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- In a jar, combine olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce. Shake well until sugar dissolves.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Crush ramen noodles in their package and discard the seasoning packet.
