  • 1 lb pasta
  • lb seafood (shrimp and crab meat)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 5 sprigs fresh dill
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 4 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 23 tsp honey
  • 12 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 celery ribs (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add lemon slices, dill, garlic cloves, peppercorns, and salt.
  2. Gently add seafood and poach until cooked; about 1 minute for shrimp.
  3. Use a slotted spoon to remove seafood and cool under cold water.
  4. Cook pasta in the same pot until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, seasonings, and herbs.
  6. Combine cooled pasta, diced vegetables (red onion and celery), seafood, and dressing in a large bowl; toss gently.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
