  • 1 small yellow onion (diced)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 14.5 ounces canned roasted diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups salsa verde
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tablespoon ground cumin (or to taste)
  • ½ tablespoon chili powder (or to taste)

Instructions
