  • 1 cup Milk (warmed to 110℉)
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active rise yeast (11 grams whole packet)
  • 2 Large eggs (room temperature lightly beaten)
  • 4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
  • 10 TBSP Unsalted butter (cubed room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1/2 TBSP Ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped chocolate (Two 4oz chocolate bars)
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs (1 packet)
  • 7 oz vegan vegan marshmallows creme (1 tub)
  • 2 TBSP Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by combining warmed milk and yeast; let it froth for 5 minutes. Mix in eggs, salt, sugar, and cubed butter. Gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about an hour until doubled.
  3. For the filling, mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, chopped chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs in another bowl.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread the filling evenly over it.
  5. Roll tightly into a log shape and cut into equal pieces.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 23 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Spread vegan marshmallows crème over hot rolls before serving.
