Ingredients

- 3 cups broccoli florets

- 1/2 cup dry orzo
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Cracked black pepper
- 1 small jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, half of the smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and let rest.
