Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese frosting
  • 8 oz green candy melts
  • 10 cookie sticks (6-inch)
  • 10 gold coins
  • 3 tablespoons white sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cooked white cake into fine pieces in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in cream cheese frosting until well combined and smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 10 equal-sized balls.
  4. Place the cake balls on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. Melt green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen cake ball into the melted candy coating, tapping off excess.
  7. Immediately decorate with white sprinkles and press a gold coin into one side.
  8. Allow to set on parchment paper before serving.
