Instructions
- Crumble the cooked white cake into fine pieces in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in cream cheese frosting until well combined and smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 10 equal-sized balls.
- Place the cake balls on a tray and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cake ball into the melted candy coating, tapping off excess.
- Immediately decorate with white sprinkles and press a gold coin into one side.
