Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 10.5 oz mini vegan marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 oz lime vegan gelatin
- 6–6.5 cups Rice Krispies
- Green food coloring
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add mini vegan marshmallows and let sit for 30 seconds; reduce heat to low.
- Stir until partially melted, then add vanilla extract and lime vegan gelatin. Remove from heat before fully melted, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and evenly spoon the mixture into it.
- Press down gently with greased hands or a spatula, allowing to cool before cutting into squares.
