Ingredients

  • 8 oz bite-sized pasta (fusilli or lumaconi)
  • 15 to 18 spears asparagus
  • 1 cup well-seasoned steak (cooked and sliced thinly)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh cracked black pepper for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al-dente. Strain and cool under cold water.
  2. Chop asparagus into 1 – 1½ inch sections and steam for 3–5 minutes until bright green yet tender.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar to create the dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with the dressing; add shredded cheese, chopped steak, and cooled asparagus.
  5. Toss everything together until well mixed and serve immediately garnished with fresh cracked black pepper.
