- 8 oz bite-sized pasta (fusilli or lumaconi)
- 15 to 18 spears asparagus
- 1 cup well-seasoned steak (cooked and sliced thinly)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- Fresh cracked black pepper for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al-dente. Strain and cool under cold water.
- Chop asparagus into 1 – 1½ inch sections and steam for 3–5 minutes until bright green yet tender.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and apple cider vinegar to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with the dressing; add shredded cheese, chopped steak, and cooled asparagus.
- Toss everything together until well mixed and serve immediately garnished with fresh cracked black pepper.
