  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger until well combined.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in batches until browned; remove from skillet.
