- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze mixture over the tops and sides.
- Bake for 8 minutes; remove and brush with the remaining glaze before returning to the oven.
- Bake an additional 8-10 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving; sprinkle with fresh parsley.
