  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim stems, and slice them in half.
  2. Dry the sprouts thoroughly using a towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine halved sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the mixture and toss again.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 2 minutes.
  6. Place seasoned sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook for 14 to 17 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
