- 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry
- 4 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 TBSP Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1 Large egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tsp Water (for egg wash)
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 TBSP Water
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 TBSP Milk
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the frozen puff pastry on a floured surface until about ¼ inch thick, then cut into rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla until smooth.
