  • 2 oz cream cheese (regular or vegan)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp agave

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, olive oil, and active dry yeast; let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Gradually stir in flour until a dough forms; gently fold in blueberries.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth; let rise in a greased bowl covered with a damp cloth for about an hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down risen dough, spread on a greased baking sheet, create dimples on top, and sprinkle with more blueberries if desired.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the frosting: Beat together powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese until smooth; drizzle in agave while mixing.
  7. Once cooled slightly, spread frosting over focaccia and top with remaining blueberries before serving.
